Cancelling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.

The most common reasons an order might be cancelled are:

-    Request from the customer to cancel

-       Customer is uncontactable for 5 days after the order was placed

-    Incomplete contact information, preventing us from reconfirming the order or making the delivery

-       The purchased item has become out of stock with our merchants

If you have given us your contact information,  you will receive an email, phone call, or message from us if any part of your order is canceled or if we need additional information to process your order. Any payment made for the order will be refunded upon cancellation.

Yes. We will call you before attempting the delivery, and when the delivery team arrives at your location. If you are not contactable at the time of delivery, the team will continue to try for 5 days, at which point we may need to cancel the order.

Our general policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund exchange. 1.The product must be unused, unworn, and without any flaws.

2.Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

၂။ အဆိုပါ ပြန်လဲမည့်ပစ္စည်းတွင် ပစ္စည်းနှင့်တကွ မူရင်းတံဆိပ်များ၊ သုံးစွဲသူလက်စွဲ၊ Warranty ကဒ်၊ အခမဲ့ရရှိထားသော လက်ဆောင်ပစ္စည်းများအား  SUNNY eSTORE ဗူးနှင့်တကွ ပြန်ထည့်ပေးရမည်။

3.The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.

၃။ အဆိုပါလဲလှယ်မည့်ပစ္စည်း နှင့် SUNNY eSTORE မှပို့ဆောင်ထားသော ထုတ်ပိုးမှု (သို့) ဗူးအား အပျက်အစီး မဖြစ်စေရပါ။

4.Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

၄။ မှာယူထားသော ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစားအလိုက် ပျက်စီးသွားသော ပစ္စည်းများကို အလုပ်လုပ်ရက် ၇ ရက်အတွင်း လာရောက်လဲလှယ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

5.If  you receive a damaged device, please make a replacement request within 48 hours of order delivery.
